社区老年高血压患者实施综合治疗的效果研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive measures in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension in a community.Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=63). The observation group was given cmoprehensive measures, such as dietary management, medication management, lifestyle management, psychological support, and so on. The control group was received conventional antihypertensive therapy.Results The observation group were hypertension basic knowledge excellent rate of 95.24%, the incompliance Security rational drug use excellent rate of 93.65%, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and intervention were significantly reduced compared to before, the comparison control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect is satisfactory that comprehensive measures were used in treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive in community.%探讨社区老年高血压患者实施综合治疗的临床效果。方法选择广州市番禺区市桥街社区卫生服务中心126例老年高血压患者并随机将他们分为观察组和对照组（n=63），观察组患者实施饮食管理、用药管理、生活方式管理及心理支持等多种方式的综合性治疗干预；对照组患者实施常规的降血压治疗。结果观察组患者高血压基础知识掌握优良率95.24%，遵医嘱安全合理用药优良率93.65%，收缩压、舒张压与干预前相比均有明显下降，与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对社区老年高血压患者实施综合治疗临床效果满意，能提高社区高血压治疗的效果。
