探究股骨颈骨折X线下整复空心钉内固定术的护理对策

摘要

目的：探究股骨颈骨折X线下整复空心钉内固定术的护理对策和效果。方法选取80例股骨颈骨折患者，行围术期综合护理的40例患者为观察组，行常规护理的40例患者为对照组。比较2组的骨折愈合情况、住院时间和护理前后的SAS评分和SDS评分。结果与对照组比较，观察组住院时间以及护理后的SAS评分和SDS评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），骨折愈合情况的比较差异无统计学意义。结论予股骨颈骨折患者围术期综合护理可帮助患者快速恢复，缩短患者住院时间，并有助于改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。%Objective to explore the femoral neck fracture X line plastic hollow nail nursing countermeasure and the effect of fixation. Methods Choose 80 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture, line comprehensive perioperative nursing of 40 patients as observation group and routine nursing of 40 patients as control group. Compare the situation of fracture healing in 2 groups, length of hospitalstay and nursing before and after the SAS scores and SDS scores.Results Compared with the control group and observation group length of hospital stay and nursing after the SAS scores and SDS score difference was statistically signifi cant (P < 0.05), there was no statistically signifi cant difference comparing the status of the fracture healing.Conclusion In patients with femoral neck fracture comprehensive perioperative care can help patients recover quickly, shorten in-hospital time, and help to improve the patient's anxiety and depression.
