miR-128在胃癌中的表达及临床意义的研究

摘要

Objective To identify the expression and clinical significance of miR-128 in gastric cancer.Methods The expression of miR-128 in 112 gastric cancer samples was detected by ISH. The correlation between the expression of miR-128 and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results miR-128 was downregulated in gastric cancer tissues. It negatively correlated to the TNM stage.Conclusion The expression of miR-128 was downregulated in gastric cancer tissues, correlated to TNM stage. miR-128 could be a potential biomarker in evaluating TNM stage, sensitivity to target therapy.%目的 研究miR-128在胃癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 采用原位杂交法检测112例胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织的表达,统计分析miR-128与胃癌患者临床参数的关系.结果 miR-128在胃癌中表达下调,在胃癌组织中阳性表达35例,阴性表达77例,而在癌旁正常组织中阳性表达89例,阴性表达23例;与患者的TNM分期相关,TNM Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者中miR-128低表达的42例,高表达28例,TNM Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者中miR-128低表达的35例,高表达的7例.结论 miR-128在胃癌组织中表达低于癌旁正常组织,与胃癌患者TNM分期,可作为胃癌分期预测的潜在分子标志物.
