桡骨远端骨折为四肢骨折中高发病，随着人们对生活质量要求的不断提高，其预后和功能恢复越来越被人们重视。近年来，随着医务工作者及科研人员对桡骨远端骨折的不断深入研究，其治疗的理念和方案不断创新。但是，针对桡骨远端骨折的治疗，尤其是针对老年的、关节内的、复杂的桡骨远端骨折的治疗方式，仍然在医学界存在很多的争议和分歧。到目前为止，学术界还没有给出公认的定论和标准，各种治疗方案都有其优缺点。本文收集近年来国内外关于桡骨远端骨折的文献，就桡骨远端骨折的研究现状与治疗进展作一综述。%Distal radius fracture has high incidence in limbs fracture. With the increasing demand for a better quality of life, the prognosis and recovery of function have been paid more and more attention. With the constant deepening study of medical workers and researchers, the therapeutic concepts and schemes for distal radius fracture have been innovating in recent years. However, the treatment of distal radius fractures, especially on the elderly, intra-articular and complex treatment, still exists many disputes and differences in medicalfield. So far, the academicfield has not given thefinal conclusion and recognized standard, in that different therapeutic schemes have their advantages and disadvantages. The paper included the domestic and foreign literatures in recent years on the fracture of the distal radius. This article makes reviews on the current situations and progress.
