自拟益气养阴活血通络方对冠心病心绞痛免疫调节和血管内皮功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on immune regulation of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and vascular endothelial function.Methods Select 120 cases admitted to our hospital with angina pectoris patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine observed group on the basis of the control group given Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Decoction treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical efifcacy and immune regulation and vascular endothelial function improvement.Results The total effective rate of observation group after treatment was signiifcantly higher than that of control group, the treatment effect was signiifcantly different, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05); after treatment, the observation group, hs CRP, TC, TG, LDL level is obviously superior to the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo therapy in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris can effectively alleviate angina pectoris, improve immune and vascular endothelial function, improve the clinical efifcacy.%目的：探讨益气养阴活血通络方对冠心病心绞痛免疫调节和血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组进行常规西医治疗，观察组则在此基础上采用益气养阴活血通络方开展治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效及免疫调节和血管内皮功能的改善情况。结果观察组治疗后的临床总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL水平明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论益气养阴活血通络法治疗冠心病心绞痛可有效缓解患者心绞痛，改善免疫及血管内皮功能，临床疗效明显。
