目的：对教职工的口腔健康状况进行调查，对可能引起疾病的原因进行分析，提出应采取的预防和保健措施。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法。选取健康体检777人，分成5组，从25岁开始到74岁，每10年为1组，进行口腔健康状况及生活方式、习惯的调查。结果龋齿的患病例数是433例，平均患病率为55.73%。牙龈炎患病例数是233例，平均患病率为29.99%。牙周炎患病例数是123例，平均患病率为15.83%。牙缺失例数是189例，平均为24.32%。牙结石人数是334人，平均为42.99%。吸烟人数是82人，平均为10.55%。喝酒人数是112人，平均为14.41%。吃辛辣食物人数是379人，平均为48.78%。喜欢甜食人数是351人，平均为45.17%。龋齿、牙龈炎、牙周炎、牙缺失、辛辣食物，各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)，吸烟比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需要加强口腔保健知识的宣传与普及，提高教职工自我保健意识，掌握自我口腔保健的方法和技能，建立良好的生活习惯，定期做口腔检查，早发现，早治疗。提高就诊率，降低发病率，不断提高教职工的健康水平，增加生活的幸福感。%Objective To investigate the oral health status of the staff,analyze the causes of oral diseases,and propose the preventive and health measures.Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted.777 people were selected during health examination.They were divided into 5 groups,from 25 to 74 years old,every 10 years as a group,in order to carry out the survey of oral health status and lifestyle and habits.Results Caries number is 433,and the average prevalence rate is 55.73%.Gingivitis is 233,the rate is 29.99%.Periodontitis is 123,the rate is 15.83%.Loss of teeth is 189,the rate is 24.32%.Dental calculus is 334,the rate is 42.99%.Smoking is 82,the rate is 10.55%.Drinking is 112,the rate is 14.41%. Eating spicy food is 379,the rate is 48.78%.Like sweets is 351,the rate is 45.17%.Each group of dental caries,gingivitis,periodontitis,tooth loss,and spicy food,had significant difference (P < 0.005) respectively.Smoking was significantly different (P < 0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen oral health knowledge propaganda and popularization,improve staff awareness of self health care,master the methods and skills of self oral health,establish good habits,andregular oral examination,early detection and early treatment.Therefore,it is recommended to raise the rate of medical treatment,reduce the incidence rate,improve the health level of the staff,and increase the happiness of life.
