应用中药治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效分析

Objective: To explore and analyze the effects of pediatric clinical medicine exogenous heat treatment. Methods:112 cases of children with exogenous febrile patients in our hospital in March 2012 to September 2013 were treated as the research object, using a random manner in each group the patients were divided into two groups of 56 patients were in the control group and the observation group, for patients in the control group method using intravenous antibiotic treatment, for patients in the observation group using self-fever medicine with side approach: the control group Xiyanping intravenous, oral Merrill Lynch, rehydration symptomatic and supportive treatment, the observation group self fever in children using oral parties from outside to be treated with medicine Jianshui bath. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group X%, significantly higher than the treatment of patients with total efficiency X%, differences were statistically significant before (P <0.05) Conclusion:Since parties with fever medicine has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of children with exogenous fever, worth widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.%目的：分析用中药小儿退热方治疗小儿外感发热的临床效果。方法：将2012年3月至2013年9月我院收治的112例外感发热患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各56例患儿。为对照组患儿使用喜炎平、美林等西药进行治疗，为观察组患儿采用自拟的小儿退热方和中药煎水洗浴方进行治疗，对比分析两组患儿的临床疗效。结果：观察组患儿治疗的总有效率为98.21%，对照组患儿的治疗总有效率78.57%，观察组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿，差异显著（P<0.05），有统计学意义。结论：用自拟中药退热方治疗小儿外感发热可取得良好的临床疗效，此法值得在临床上推广应用。
