用臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解术配合个性化疗法治疗肩周炎的效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨用臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解术配合个性化疗法治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法：对近期我院收治的80例肩周炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这些患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各有40例患者。我院对这些患者均进行臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解术。在此基础上，对实验组患者使用个性化疗法进行治疗。治疗结束后，比较两组患者进行治疗的效果。结果：进行治疗后，实验组患者治疗的总有效率、肩关节的功能均明显好于对照组患者，二者相比差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：用臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解术配合个性化疗法治疗肩周炎的效果显著。此治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。%objective analysis to study the shoulder joint brachial plexus anesthesia methods to ease the clinical effect of personalized treatment. on the basis of the experimental group in the control group treatment with individualized treatment, and at the end of the two groups of patients after treatment, the use of SF - MPQ scale to carry on the shoulder joint function score, analyze its therapeutic effect.Results the experimental group after treatment in patients with shoulder joint function score lower than the control group (P < 0.05); Experimental group patients cured cases more than the control group, the treatment of total effective rate was higher than the control group (P < 0.05), the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion brachial plexus anesthesia shoulder joint loose solution together with personalized shoulder arthritis has significant curative effect.
