Under the background of internationalization of cultural exchanges and higher education , realizing the internationalization of local colleges and universities is the trend of the time . Exploring the internationalized devolopment of local university from the cultural perspective can explictly reveal that local traditional culture is closely tied to the internationalized development of local colleges and universities . It can influence the course of the internationalized development of local universities and show its special characteristics . It also helps to understand the influence of culture on the development of the internationalization of local universities .
