新型职业农民职业道德培育路径研究

摘要

从传统农民身上的职业道德缺失，我们认为职业道德应当成为新型职业农民的首要素质。当前农民普遍缺乏社会责任感，存在生产违法违纪和销售缺乏诚信等问题。通过加强职业道德宣传教育、建立农民职业资格准入制度、加大对职业农民的监管力度、落实农业扶持政策，是引导农民自我道德约束、形成农民职业道德培育的有效路径。%The lack of professional ethics of traditional farmers let us realize that professional ethics should be the chief quality of new-type professional farmers. Now farmers are generally lac-king of social responsibility and there exists problems of illegal production and dishonest selling . This paper suggests some effective ways to lead the farmers to be self-moral constraint and form the professional ethics:to strengthen the publicity of ethics,set up the admittance system of professional farmers,enhance the supervision and carry out the policy support.
