自然选择甜点暂堵体积重复压裂在新疆油田的成功应用

     

摘要

水力压裂作为各大油田老井增产的主要手段之一, 能够达到一定的增产目的, 但随着油田开发步入中后期, 初次压裂失效, 采取常规的重复压裂技术存在压裂改造波及体积小、有效期短、效果差等问题, 围绕新疆油田开发中后期剩余油分布, 针对不同类型储层改造难点, 开展自然选择甜点暂堵体积压裂技术研究与运用, 利用其压裂液自动选择地质甜点的特性, 配合使用高强度暂堵剂, 达到有效层断层内、层间多次转向, 形成复杂体积缝网, 提高水力压裂效果, 提升经济效益.有效解决了老井压裂存在的技术问题, 为老井措施增产稳产提供了可靠的技术支持.%Hydraulic fracturing, as one of the main means of increasing production of old wells in major oilfields, can achieve a certain increase in production. However, as the oilfield development enters the middle and late stages, when the initial fracturing fails, the conventional re-fracturing technology has some shortcomings, such as small swept volume, short validity period, poor effect and so on. Based on the distribution of remaining oil in the middle and late stages of Xinjiang oilfield development, for the difficulty of different types of reservoir reconstruction, research and application of temporary selection volume fracturing technology for natural selection of desserts were carried out. Using the characteristics of automatically selecting geological desserts of fracturing fluid, combined with the use of high-strength temporary plugging agents, effective multiple steering in layers was achieved, complex volume joint nets were formed to improve hydraulic fracturing effect and economic benefits. It can effectively solve the technical problems existing in the old well fracturing and provides reliable technical support for increasing production and stabilizing production of the old wells.
