航煤加氢装置存在的问题及整改优化措施

摘要

After transformation of the gasoline hydrofming unit into the aviation kerosene hydrofining unit,some problems during production were analyzed, such as instability of aviation kerosene quality ,high energy consumption and so on. It was thought that activity decreasing of the catalyst and irrational fractionation system processes are main reasons for indices fluctuation. Some improving measures including replacing catalyst and optimizing production processes were adopted to stabilize product quality, reduce energy consumption and improve the unit's technical and economic indices.%对汽油加氢装置改造为航煤加氢装置后，逐渐暴露出的航煤产品指标不稳定、装置能耗偏高等问题进行了分析，认为催化剂活性下降及分馏系统流程不合理是导致指标波动的主要原因。采取更换催化剂及生产优化等措施稳定了航煤质量，降低了能耗，提高了装置的技术经济指标。
