低漏失低压差深井泵设计

     

摘要

针对高含气油井举升泵效低的问题,设计了低漏失低压差深井泵.建立了游动阀力学模型,将该泵与普通抽油泵的漏失量和游动阀开启压差进行比较.该泵内泵筒下端悬空,不发生变形,完全消除了因为泵筒与柱塞间隙变化而引起的额外漏失量,不易偏磨或卡泵,游动阀容易开启,具有泵效高、使用寿命长的特点,可广泛应用于高含气油井举升.%The deep-well pump with low leakage and low pressure difference was designed to solve the problem of the low pump efficiency during the lifting process of a high gas containing well.To compare the leakage and the opening pressure difference of the traveling valve between this pump and a regular one,the mechanical model of traveling valve was established.The lower part of the pump barrel is pending,so there won't be any deformation,and the extra leakage caused by the change of the clearance between pump barrel and pump plunger can be completely eliminated.Also,it diminishes the possibility of eccentric wear and stuck pump,which can make the traveling valve more easily to be open.It has advantages of high pump efficiency and long service life,and can be widely used in the lifting process of high gas containing wells.
