Retorting of oil shale with low-temperature oxygen-containing carrier gas can lower the required temperature of carrier gas. In this paper, the effects of particle size, heating rate, and final retorting temperature, etc. on the oil yield of oil shale retorting were investigated by using Huadian oil shale as raw material. The results show that the optimal process conditions are as follows:the particle size is in the range of 20 mm to 40 mm, heating rate is 3 ℃•min-1, final temperature holding time is in the range of 25 min to 45 min, final retorting temperature is 520 ℃, under above conditions oil yield can reach to 11.9%.% 油页岩低温含氧载气干馏,能够降低过程所需载热气体进入干馏反应器时的温度,进而降低载气预热设备选材及制作难度并节省干馏过程能量消耗,是一种有工业应用前景的油页岩干馏技术。为了研究油页岩低温含氧载气干馏工艺中产油率的影响因素及其影响规律,以桦甸公郎头矿的油页岩为原料,实验考察了油页岩颗粒尺寸、升温速率、干馏终温、终温保持时间等因素对产油率的影响。结果表明,油页岩颗粒尺寸为20~40 mm、升温速率3℃·min-1、干馏终温520℃、终温保持时间25~45 min时,油页岩低温含氧载气干馏的产油率较高,达11.9%。
