K-B指示剂应用研究

摘要

用配位滴定法测定养殖水中总硬度、镁、硫酸根的含量，均需用两种指示剂指示终点，即钙指示剂和铬黑T指示剂。用实验数据论证了K—B指示剂与上述两种指示剂指示终点的同等功效，指出了仅用一种K—B指示剂指示终点即可，阐述了K—B指示剂的特点、配制及使用方法，并认为养殖水中总硬度、钙、镁、硫酸根含量的测定，使用K—B指示剂指示终点，是最佳选择。%During measuring hardness, magnesium and sulfate content of aquaculture water by complexometric titration, both the calcium indicator and the chrome black T indicator are required to indicate the end point. In this paper, experimental data demonstrated that the K-B indicator has the function equivalent to that of the combination of calcium indicator and the chrome black T indicator for end point determination, so that K-B indicator can be a good substitute for these two types of indicators. Characteristics,preparation method and application method of the K-B indicator were described. It’s concluded that the K-B indicator is the best choice for end point determination of total hardness,calcium, magnesium and sulfate content in the aquaculture water quality analysis.
