曙光油田超稠油开发中广泛使用磺酸盐类表面活性剂提高吞吐效果,此类表面活性剂虽具有较好的耐温性和洗油性能,但在应用过程中存在性能不稳定,表面活性偏低的问题。按文献介绍方法以十二烷基苯、二氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、三乙醇胺、NaOH等为原料,经傅-克烷基化反应、磺化及中和反应,合成出双子型烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂,室内试验证明具有较好的耐温、洗油、抗盐、抗硬水及配伍性能,应用于现场后措施井周期生产效果得到明显改善,该类药剂在超稠油蒸汽吞吐井中应用尚属首次,具有一定借鉴意义。%In order to improve stimulation effect, sulfonate surfactants are widely used in heavy oil development of Shuguang oil field, this kind of surfactant has better temperature resistance and oil resistance, but its performance is unstable in the application, and its surface activity is low. In this paper, Gemini alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant was synthesized from twelve alkyl benzene, methylene chloride, 1,2- two chloride ethane, triethanolamine, NaOH via Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction, sulfonation and neutralization reaction. Indoor test proved that it has good temperature resistance, salt resistance, washing, resisting hard water and compatibility. The production effect can obviously be improved by using the gemini alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant, and the gemini alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant has successfully applied in steam huff-puff production of ultra heavy oil wells.
