The effect of Sr doping was studied by the X-ray diffraction pattern, scanning electronic microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and charge/discharge measurement techniques. The LiMn0.99Sr0.01PO4/C (LSr1) shows the high discharge capacity and the best cycling stability among all the samples. It can deliver the highest discharge capacity of 119.2 mA·h·g-1 with 95.5% capacity retention after 50 cycles at 0.1 C.
