储运厂长输管道输油泵机组运行效率分析

摘要

在长输管道系统中，输油泵机组是最主要的耗能设备，所以在实际生产中合理优化生产，提高泵机组的运行效率，对节能降耗具有十分重要的经济意义。主要针对储运厂长输管道低负荷运行和满负荷运行两种不同的工况，通过对输油泵机组的运行效率进行分析，调整运行工艺参数，尽量使泵机组保持在高效工作区内运行。%In long-distance transmission pipeline system, pump set is the main energy consuming equipment, so it is very important to optimize the production reasonably and improve the operation efficiency of pumps for saving energy and reducing consumption. In this paper, under two different conditions of low load operation and full load operation, the operation efficiency of pump set was analyzed, and then operation parameters were adjusted to keep pump set working in the high efficiency area.
