酸化解堵排液直接进系统研究

     

摘要

Acidizing plugging removal is one of effective methods for oilfield stimulation. However the acidizing liquid directly entering into the system may affect dewatering in the three-phase separator. In this paper, effect of PH value, concentration of mud acid and residual acid on the dewatering was investigated, and suitable alkali and surfactants were screened out, the experimental scheme was designed, and field test was carried out. The test result shows that,acidizing plugging removal drainage after treatment with surfactant and alkali may be added into the system directly, which has not bad influence on system production.%酸化解堵是油田增产的有效措施之一,但酸化后的液体直接进入系统后影响三项分离器脱水。通过对 pH 值、土酸浓度、残酸浓度影响系统脱水效果进行实验研究,并对碱和表面活性剂进行了筛选,确定实验方案并进行现场试验。试验结果表明,采用返排液加入表面活性剂和碱的方法可以使酸化残液直接进系统,对系统生产不产生影响,确保原油脱水的正常运行。
