Air injection low temperature catalytic oxidation reaction of heavy oil has been simulated in a high-pressure reactor to screen the catalysts and investigate the conditions of using the catalyst. The results show that the transition metal salt (PC-1) is a kind of ideal catalyst for hydrocarbon oxidation at low temperature. The boundary conditions of the catalyst using were determined, from 80 to 140 at least 120 h. The result provides a℃foundation for implementation of the technology.%采用高压反应釜内模拟油藏条件开展稠油低温氧化反应室内实验研究,进行催化剂的筛选及催化剂的使用条件的考察。研究发现,过渡金属盐 PC-1是一种理想的烃类低温氧化催化剂。确定了催化剂的使用温度和时间边界条件,分别为80~140℃之间,反应120 h 以上,该结果为现场工艺实施提供了基础依据。
