对氨基苯甲酰胺中对氨基苯甲酸含量的测定

摘要

TLCUVIR were used to prove the existence of 4-aminobenzoic acid in p-amino-benzamide. The separating conditions were decided by condition tests. The pH of mobile phase was adjusted by ammonium acetate, mobile phase was methanol 20%(V/V). Quantitative content was determined by external standard method. The results show that 4-aminobenzoic acid (0%~0.28%) in p-amino-benzamide can be determined by this method. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can meet the requirement for determination of 4-aminobenzoic acid in p-amino-benzamide.%运用薄层色谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱对对氨基苯甲酰胺中对氨基苯甲酸进行定性确认。通过条件试验确定 HPLC 最佳分离条件，用乙酸铵调节缓冲体系，用20%（V/V）的甲醇作为流动相，外标法定量。对氨基苯甲酸含量在0%～0.28%之间具有线性关系。验证试验表明方法简单、可行。可满足对氨基苯甲酰胺中对氨基苯甲酸含量的测定。
