By optimizing and analyzing parameters of the columns for synthesizing dimethyl carbonate (DMC) by using Aspen Plus software, the optimum operation parameters were obtained. On this basis, the thermodynamic efficiency and CO2 emission of the synthesis process were compared and analyzed when aniline and ethylene glycol were respectively used as extraction agent. The results show that, compared with ethylene glycol as the extraction agent, using aniline as the extraction agent can lead to higher thermodynamic efficiency of DMC process, meanwhile the energy consumption and CO2 emission reduce significantly.%通过化工流程模拟软件 Aspen Plus 对酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)流程中各塔的主要操作参数进行优化分析,得到该工艺的最佳操作条件。在此基础上,比较选用不同萃取剂苯胺和乙二醇时该工艺流程的热力学效率和 CO2排放量。结果表明,苯胺为萃取剂时,DMC 工艺流程的热力学效率明显提高、能耗降低, CO2排放量也大幅度降低。
