油基钻井液用有机土的制备与评价

摘要

Three kinds of organic soil for oil-base drilling fluid were developed in order to overcome oil-base drilling fluid’s shortcoming. Organic soil with good viscosity shear capacity and temperature tolerance was prepared by Na-activation and organic modification. The best technology conditions were achieved by orthogonal design method. At last, properties of three kinds of organic soil were evaluated.%针对油基钻井液在性能上的不足，研制出三种性能较好的油基钻井液用有机土。利用天然的钙基膨润土，通过钠化，有机改性的方法，制备出具有良好的增粘提切能力以及抗温能力的有机土，并且通过正交设计法，得出最佳的工艺条件，并对这三种有机土进行性能评价。
