搅拌器在原油储罐中的应用与发展

         

摘要

In the course of crude oil storage in China,in order to prevent the deposition of the material components of crude oil to affect tank utilization and extend the clearance period of the tank, the stirring system are usually equipped in the tank. In this article, the mechanisms and characteristics of lateral stretching stirrer, rotary jet mixer and fluidic jet mixer were discussed; the performances of these stirrers were analyzed and compared. The results show that, the fluidic jet mixer has lower energy consumption, less damage to the tank and wide application range, and it also has high safety and economy. Thus future application of the fluidic jet mixer in the tank has very big development space.%在我国原油储存过程中,为了防止罐内原油组分物质带来的沉积影响其利用率及延长清罐周期等问题,通常都装有搅拌系统。分别对侧向伸入式搅拌器、旋转喷射式搅拌器、射流式喷射搅拌器的机理、特性进行的探讨,并对这三类搅拌器的性能进行对比分析,可得出射流式喷射搅拌器产生的能耗较低、对储罐产生损害较小、应用范围广,而且具有很高的调和效率、安全性及经济性。由此可见,射流式喷射搅拌器对未来储罐中的应用具有很大的发展空间。
