城市型炼厂的问题来源和解决思路探讨

摘要

With the development of history and city, some petrochemical enterprises have changed from industrial zone to industrial and residential mixed zone, and petrochemical enterprises are surrounded by the city. This pattern not only makes the living environment facing strongly negative public opinion, but also has become a serious bottleneck in the development of enterprises. In this paper, sources of the problem were discussed from urbanization process and safety planning, the countermeasures of the risks were put forward.%随着历史和城市的发展，一些石化企业已经从工业区布置关系转变成工业和居民混杂相间，形成靠近石化企业被城市包围的格局，不仅使生存环境面临社会强烈的负面舆论，也已经成为企业发展的严重瓶颈。就如何破解这些难题，从城市化进程和安全规划等方面对问题的来龙去脉进行了探讨，并针对其带来的安全环保风险提出了解决思路，以期对有相似处境的企业寻求发展道路提供思考。
