硫化锌掺锰量子点用于天然水中孔雀石绿磷光传感的应用研究

     

摘要

A new method for determination of malachite green in natural water was developed based on phosphorescent quenching function of Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots (Mn:ZnS QDs) by malachite green. The results showed that a good linear relationship between the phosphorescent quenched(ΔPL) and the concentration of malachite green can be obtained in two ranges of 0.04~0.50μmol/L and 0.50~1.30μmol/L respectively with the detection limit of 0.02μmol/L. The method was applied to detect malachite green in spiked samples of natural water ,RSDs were 4.98% and 2.77%.%根据孔雀石绿对锰掺杂硫化锌量子点(Mn:ZnS QDs)的磷光猝灭作用,建立了一种快速检测天然水样中孔雀石绿的磷光传感新方法。实验结果表明,孔雀石绿浓度在0.04~0.50μmol/L和0.50~1.30μmol/L两个范围内变化时,Mn:ZnS QDs的磷光猝灭值(ΔPL)与孔雀石绿浓度变化呈线性关系,方法的检出限0.02μmol/L。本方法用于天然水加标样品中孔雀石绿的检测,RSD分别为4.98%和2.77%。
