井下涡流排水采气工具参数正交实验设计

         

摘要

The liquid carrying capacity of vortex tool is closely related to its parameters. Taking X watered well in Hubuzhai gasfield as an example, key influence factors of working performance of vortex tool were determined, L9 (34) orthogonal table was used to design the optimum selection scheme of tool parameters, the best parameter combination was obtained by range analysis:helix angle 50°, one time helix pitch, helix height 10 mm. This research findings can provide necessary reference data for following pilot test of X well based on vortex technology.%涡流工具的携液举升能力与其工具参数密切相关。以户部寨气田X积液井为例,在确定工具性能关键影响因素的基础上,利用L9(34)正交表设计了涡流工具参数优选方案,通过对实验结果进行极差分析后得到最佳工具参数组合为:螺旋角50°、1倍导程、10 mm螺旋翼高。该研究成果可为下步X井开展涡流排水采气先导试验提供必要的数据参考。
