E3H井综合阳离子钻井液技术

摘要

To solve drilling technical difficulties including shale collapse, imbalance of permeability and drilling fluid pressure in JZ25-1 oil and gas drilling area, the comprehensive cationic drilling fluid system was developed. In the application process of the comprehensive cationic drilling fluid system in E3H Well, it shows excellent performance in some aspects, such as inhibition, carrying sand, anti-collapse and sealing. On this basis, adding sodium chloride can achieve better results for wellbore stability and drilling safety.%为解决JZ25-1油气田钻井过程中泥岩易垮塌、渗透性及承压不均衡等钻井液技术难点，引入了综合阳离子体系。在E3H井的现场应用过程中，综合阳离子体系在抑制性、携砂、防塌和封堵性方面均体现了优异的性能，在此基础上，加入氯化钠，取得了更好的效果，对井壁稳定，钻井施工安全方面均有一定的增益效果。
