某污水处理站水质净化及稳定技术研究

摘要

水质净化和稳定目的在于将油田采出污水处理为可满足回注要求的净化水。首先对该污水处理站来液水质进行取样化验分析，明确了水质超标项。其次通过室内实验与现场试验相结合的方式对水质净化及稳定技术进行研究，进行了缓蚀杀菌剂与净化剂的筛选实验，选出最佳的药剂种类和加剂浓度。研究结果表明净化和水质稳定技术适合该污水站的污水处理，处理效果较好，具有较强的现场适应性。%The purpose of water purification and stabilization is to treat the oilfield produced wastewater to meet the requirement of reinjection. Firstly, the quality of water from the sewage treatment station was analyzed, the items of standard-exceeding of water quality were determined. Then the technology of water purification and stabilization was studied through combination of indoor experiment and field test, the screening experiment for corrosion inhibition bactericide and cleaning agent was carried out to determine the best reagent type and concentration. The research results show that the purification and water quality stabilization technology is suitable for the sewage wastewater treatment station.
