Foam in lubricants can bring out a series of influences, which not only can cause the phenomenon of air resistance and current blanking, but also can cause the fatigue wear and the increase of lube consumption. Therefore, lubricants must have a good antifoam property. In the paper, the formation and hazard of stable foams were briefly analyzed. Three kinds of antifoam methods and mechanisms were introduced. Common types of antifoams were listed, and it’s pointed out that compound antifoam additives will have good development prospect.%润滑油中产生泡沫会给使用带来一系列影响,不仅会发生气阻和断流现象,而且还会出现疲劳磨损和润滑油油品消耗增大等问题,因此,要求润滑油具有良好的抗泡性能。简要分析了泡沫形成的原因及危害,阐述了三种抗泡方法及其作用机理,列举了抗泡剂的常用类型,得出复合抗泡剂具有良好发展前景的结论。
