丁二烯橡胶评价用操作油定值应用

摘要

In accordance with the standard requirements, analysis on kinematic viscosity and density of butadiene rubber was carried out in several laboratories; all experiment results were evaluated by Shapiro-Wilk test, Dixon test and Cochran test. The uncertainty evaluation was carried out, the corresponding nominal value was determined. The evaluation experiment results of 24 laboratories show that the performance of the test oil is consistent with that of imported oil.%按照标准要求分别组织7家和8家实验室对丁二烯橡胶评价用操作油进行了密度、运动粘度的定值分析,利用夏皮洛-威尔克(Shapiro-Wilk)检验、狄克逊(Dixon)法、柯克伦(Cochran)检验对所有实验室测定结果进行评价,对正态分布、等精度无可疑的数据进行不确定度评估,最终确定出对应标称值;在24家实验室应用评价实验中各个指标结果显示试验油品和进口油品性能一致.
