北方地区柴油加氢工艺方案比选

摘要

The selection of diesel hydrotreating process in the north area of China was studied. According to the comparative analysis of the unit characteristics, the diesel production schemes in winter and summer were determined. After using the determined schemes, the product quality and energy consumption were in the advanced level in China. The paper can provide certain guidance and reference for the design of the diesel hydrogenation unit, especially in the cold regions.%重点研究我国北方寒冷地区柴油加氢装置的工艺方案选择,根据装置特点对比分析并确定冬夏季柴油生产方案,经过比选后的方案工艺先进、产品质量及装置能耗均处于全国先进水平,对于同类柴油加氢装置,尤其在寒冷地区的装置设计具有一定的指导和借鉴意义.
