两种焦炭塔裙座连接结构应力对比分析

     

摘要

以某石化公司焦炭塔为研究对象,首先分析焦炭塔受力情况,进而对比新型板焊结构和整体锻件结构的优劣性,为此后大型焦炭塔裙座连接部位的结构设计提供参考.两种结构的对比主要围绕结构内应力分布的对比.运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立新型板焊结构以及整体锻件的二维模型,对结构只受重力和内压、升温、降温三种工况分别进行分析,分别得出在三种工况下结构内的机械应力和热应力.根据分析结果,对比两种结构的等效应力强度大小和应力集中点的位置.通过对比,可以得出以下结论:新型板焊结构在三种工况下的最大应力均出现在上部角焊缝上方的塔体上,最大值达到371.5 MPa,是焦炭塔开裂的主要原因;整体锻件的最大应力出现在裙座与塔体连接的圆弧过渡处,最大值为273.3 MPa,应力分布状况要优于新型板焊结构.%Taking the coke tower in a Fushun petrochemical company as the research object,stress situation of the coke tower was analyzed.Then the new plate welding structure and the overall forgings structure were compared to find their superiority and inferiority,which could provide a reference for the design of coke tower in future.The comparison was carried out from the aspect of stress distribution within the structure.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to establish the two dimensional model of the new plate welding structure and the overall forgings structure.Under these three conditions of gravity and pressure,heating stage and cooling stage,the structures were analyzed to obtain the mechanical stress and thermal stress.According to the results,the stress intensity and location of the maximum stress of the two structures were compared.By contrast,the following conclusions were drawn:The maximum stress of the new plate welding structure under three conditions was all found in the cylinder over the upper welded joint,the maximum stress was 371.5 MPa.It was the main reason for the cracks.The maximum stress of the overall forgings structure was found in the circular arc transfers of the connection between the tower and the skirt.The maximum stress was 273.3 MPa.It was better than the new structure.
