CODcr消解-分光光度法与回流法的对比分析

         

摘要

CODcr消解-分光光度法,测定方法简单,测定时间较短,并且能够准确真实地测定废水的COD值,对中控分析具有极其重要的作用.而重铬酸盐法即回流法作为测定水中化学需氧量(CODcr)的经典方法已得到国内外化学界的共识,但其在测定过程中,需要加热回流2h,测定时间较长,测定过程较繁琐,不能及时报出分析结果,对中控分析非常不利.将两种方法做对比分析,得出消解-分光光度快速法与回流法有可比性且对中控分析较为适用.%CODcr digestion-spectrophotometric method,has simple process flow and short test time,and can accurately determine COD value of waste water,so it plays an extremely important role in control analysis.And dichromate method namely reflux method as a classical method for determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) in water has been widely used in the chemical industry at home and abroad,but in the process of determination,it needs heating reflux 2 h,the measurement time is longer,the determination process is trival.In this article,digestion-rapid spectrophotometric method and reflux method were compared.The results show that the digestion-rapid spectrophotometric method is analogous to the reflux method,and is suitable for control analysis.
