高硫容HG络合铁脱硫剂的研究

             

摘要

随着天然气气量增大,含硫化氢量增加,原有技术在实现装备小型化、降低处理成本等方面受硫容较低、循环量大等因素的限制,造成处理设备体积庞大、成撬困难、处理成本高等问题.以HG络合铁为脱硫剂,采用实验的方法进行脱除硫化氢的研究,对脱硫剂的硫容、脱硫剂稳定性进行测定,用邻菲啰啉分光光度法测量铁离子含量,并考察了该体系中缓蚀剂和硫单质改性剂对HG络合铁脱硫剂的影响.实验结果表明,HG脱硫剂稳定性及再生性能良好,硫容可以达到3 g/L.考虑到溶液腐蚀性必须使用不锈钢作为设备材料.表活剂在10 mg/L时可以使再生过程中产生的硫粒径从23.8 μm增加到41 μm左右,满足工艺性能.%Along with the increase of volume of natural gas and high sulfur content natural gas resource,the realization of equipment miniaturization and reduction of processing cost was subject to the low sulfur content and large amount of circulation,which makes the processing equipment large and high processing cost.In this paper,HG desulfurizers were discussed.The sulfur content and stability of HG desulfurizer were determined with experimental method.Iron level was measured by o-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method.Meanwhile,effect of corrosion inhibitor and elemental sulfur modifying agent on HG desulfurizer was studied.The results show that the stability and regenerability of HG desulfurizer are very well,the sulfur content can reach to 3 g/L.Considering the corrosion of the desulfurizer,stainless steel has to be used as the material of equipment.Sulfur particle size can rise from 23.8 μm to 41 μm when concentration of surface active agent is 10 mg/L.
