柴油产品质量升级方案探讨

通过两套柴油加氢装置升级改造的具体实例,介绍了车用柴油国IV升级国V的两种方式.降低空速、增加催化剂用量和提高反应温度都是产品质量升级的重要选择.%Based on the specific examples of upgrading and reconstruction of two sets of diesel oil hydrogenation devices, two ways to upgrade vehicle diesel oil state IV to state V were discussed. It's pointed out that reducing the airspeed, increasing the amount of catalyst and improving the reaction temperature are important choices for product quality upgrading.
