高层建筑小步距自爬升电梯井筒模板施工技术

     

摘要

The difficulties in the construction of well walls in high rise and super high rise buildingsrninclude improving construction speed and work efficiency, reducing risks of well wall operation, ensuring construction quality, shortening the occupation time of vertical transport machines and rapid movement within a confined space. Based on the project of Block 03-26 in Yujiabao Financial District of Tianjin, the authors introduce the construction technology of a self-climbing well wall formwork with small climbing steps. Details are introduced for the principle of hydraulic self-climbing well wall formwork, technical specification of the scheme, anti-deviation and rectification and so on. The problems in construction of well walls in high rise buildings are well solved using the method.%如何提高电梯井筒模板的施工速度及工效、降低电梯井筒作业的安全风险、保证结构施工质量、缩短施工现场垂直运输机械占用时间及狭窄场地的快速转运等,始终是困扰高层、超高层电梯井筒结构施工的几个难题.结合天津于家堡金融区起步区03 -26地块工程,详细介绍了一种小步距液压自爬升电梯井简模板施工技术,包括自升式液压筒模工艺原理,方案技术说明,防偏与纠偏等,较好地解决了以上难题.
