软弱地基中施工钻孔灌注桩易出现钢筋笼上浮、缩径、垮塌等常见问题，通过对典型案例的分析，得出了解决的方法及应采取的措施。%The weak foundation in the construction of bored pile was easy to appear the uplift of steel reinforcement cage,shrinking size,collapse and other common problems,the author through observation and test,it was concluded that the solutions and measures should be taken to engaged in soft foundation pile foundation construction has certain reference function.
