针对某临河住宅楼因临河部分使用环境改变,致使该建筑部分基础和混凝土柱长期受河水浸泡和冲刷,结构发生严重受损的问题,结合目前检测手段,对河中基础及混凝土柱的损伤情况、钢筋配置、构件尺寸、混凝土强度、混凝土碳化深度等进行鉴定分析,提出相应的加固处理方案,最终确保建筑物能继续安全使用,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。%For residential buildings overlooking a river after changing the using environment,the part of the construction foundation and concrete column by the water soaking and scouring for a long time,then the structure was severely damaged;combined the testing means of field detection,determination and analysis of damage situation of concrete columns and the foundation in the river,location of reinforcement,size, strength of concrete structures,concrete carbonation depth were made,and reinforcement scheme was put forward;finally,the building could continue to be safe to use,achieved good economic and social effects.
