浅谈普通公路计量支付存在问题和解决措施

The measurement payment is important works, which run through the highway engineering construction process, ensuring the effective control of engineering quality. Highway engineering measurement is that supervision engineer confirms the quality qualification that the contractor has completed the value of work according to the conditions stipulated in the contract in the process of highway engineering construction. This paper talks same points of ordinary highway measurement payment problems and solutions.%计量支付是贯穿于公路工程建设过程始终的重要工作内容，也是确保工程质量的有效控制手段。公路工程计量是公路工程施工过程中监理工程师对承包人已完成的工程量按照合同规定的条件，确认其质量合格工作量的价值。本文就普通公路计量支付存在问题和解决措施，阐述了几点笔者的观点。
