改进的WBS方法在工程项目管理中的应用

摘要

Summarizes the current situation of project management in China and outlines the merits and faults of WBS. Based on project life cycle theory and the advantages of PBS, improves the WBS and elaborates how to apply this theory in project management. Then, makes the conclusion that the modified WBS is an effective method to realize systematization and process.%概述我国工程建设领域项目管理的现状,简单介绍WBS方法并分析其优缺点,应用项目生命周期理论,借鉴PBS方法的优点,对WBS方法进行改进,并描述如何在工程项目管理中有效运用该方法.最后,得出经过改进的WBS方法是实现工程项目管理系统化、流程化的有效工具的结论.
