房地产资产证券化对企业产融结合发展模式的影响研究

         

摘要

从房地产资产证券化和产融结合的理论解析和趋势分析出发,以安邦保险增持金融街控股股份和越秀地产建立房地产信托基金等为典型案例,研究此类实践案例的发生原因和未来发展方向,以期协助我国金融保险企业在房地产领域的发展,为房地产企业资产证券化对企业产融结合发展的影响提供理论解释和有益启示。%Through analyzing the real estate asset securitization and the combination of industry and finance theory as well as forecasting its future trend,taking Anbang insurance placards Finance Street Holdings and Yuexiu estate establishing the real estate trust funds and other events as examples,this paper explores the reason and future development direction of such practical events,assistsfinancial insurance enterprises in our country to develop in the real estate sector,and provides theoretical explanations and helpful enlightments of influence on enterprise’s industry andfinance combination for real estate enterprise asset securitization.
