基于熵权-TOPSIS模型的城市养老地产开发适宜性研究

摘要

近年来,我国各地养老地产的开发呈上升趋势.为协助养老地产的科学决策,构建熵权-TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)的评价模型,对我国30个二线城市的养老地产开发适宜性进行评价.研究方法和结论对养老地产的开发实践工作有一定参考价值.%Pension Real estate development has an upward trend in China recently for increasingly serious aging problem and policies on improving service for the elderly. For assisting the pension real estate scientific decision-making,the paper establishes Entropy-TOPSIS model for evaluating the suitability of city pension real estate,and evaluates 30 secondary cities' suitability. The research method and conclusions are helpful for the developers in the practice of pension real estate development.
