DBB模式下建设项目信息粘滞成因及对策研究

摘要

Under the DBB model,the interface of the phase analysis and goal difference,lead to the retention of a large amount of information in the internal or surrounding tissue and directly restrict the realization of project objectives. In this paper,on the basis of the existing research,defines the connotation of information stickiness, respectively from the aspects of information transmission between different subjects and different stages of information transmission and discusses the common information stickiness phenomenon in the construction project,and offers the causes of objective stickiness and subjective stickiness,puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the degree of information stickiness.%DBB模式下,由于阶段分析和目标差异等界面问题,导致大量信息滞留在组织内部或周围,直接制约着工程建设项目目标的实现.在已有研究的基础上,对信息粘滞的内涵进行界定,分别从不同主体之间的信息传输和不同阶段的信息传输等维度探讨工程建设项目中的信息粘滞现象,并分析成因,提出降低信息粘滞程度的对策.
