建设项目DBB模式与EPC模式对工程造价影响的比较研究

Describe the connotations and characteristics of DBB model and EPC mode, make analysis when choose the dif-ferent mode, due to the difference of the design stage, bidding and contract stage, construction stage and completion settlement stage, Lead to significant effect on the construction cost, and from the point of controlling cost, clarify the main problems should be considered when choosing these two kinds of manage-ment modes.%阐述DBB模式和 EPC总承包模式的内涵及特点，分析在这两种模式下，在设计阶段、招标及合同订立阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段的差异导致对工程造价的较为显著的影响，并立足造价控制角度，阐明在选择两种管理模式时应考虑的主要问题。
