PPP模式在体育场馆建设运营中的应用研究

摘要

The paper analyzes the advantages and importance of PPP application in the stadium project, proposes recommendations for choosing the appropriate PPP mode based on the construction/operation stages and participation subject of project. Regarding the application of PPP in the new Atlanta and the Beijing National Stadium project application case,provides suggestions in construction and operation knowing as establishing the professional managerial team,improving the sports industry personnel quality,developing the mechanism for risk sharing and profit distribution.%分析PPP应用于体育场馆中的优势和重要性,依据项目建设运营和主要参与主体的相互关系提出PPP运行模式;分析新亚特兰大和国家体育场的PPP模式应用案例,提出建立专业管理团队、提高体育产业人员素养、设立合理的风险分担与利益分配机制等PPP模式下体育场馆建设运营的实施建议.
