预制装配式建筑施工常见质量问题与防范措施

According to the surveying of prefabricated construction sites in Shenyang,the paper expounds its construction technological process,classifies the common quality problems in the construction process,and analyzes the causes of these quality problems,puts forward some corresponding preventive measures. Based on the above analysis,gives suggestions to ensure the quality of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure construction.%根据对沈阳市近年来预制装配式建筑工程施工的现场调查研究,阐述其施工工艺流程,对施工过程中常见的质量问题进行分类整理,剖析这些质量问题产生的原因,并提出相应的防范措施.基于此,进一步提出保证预制装配式钢筋混凝土结构建筑工程质量的建议.
