承包商施工阶段BIM成本控制研究

摘要

Under the background of improving the cost management by the contractor using BIM,based on the BIM cost management method in construction stage,from three angles of direct and indirect resource consumption control and dynamic cost control,the paper clarifies BIM application points and application program in dimension of construction plan,schedule,safety,quality,resource management. Taking Luban BIM software as an example,analyzes the application point of cost control and model requirement.%在承包商应用BIM改进成本管理的背景下,基于施工阶段BIM成本管理方法,从间接、直接资源消耗控制以及成本动态控制三个角度,明确BIM在施工方案、进度、安全、质量、资源管理等维度的应用点及其应用程序,并以鲁班BIM软件为例分析各成本控制应用点及模型需求.
