Therefore,the owners need to control the project quality. First of all,according to the owner's quality management rights stipulated in the contract text,the paper divides the owner quality control mode into the strong management mode and the weak management mode. Secondly,discusses the scope of application of different control modes from the aspects of project type,project financing situation and underground project situation. Finally,analyzes the main points of quality control under different control modes,in order to provide reference for the quality control of the owner.
