基于决策有效性的项目集治理框架研究——以新建商场项目为例

This paper discusses the connection and difference between project governance and program governance. Then,from the perspective of decision effectiveness,establishes a new large-scale mall project governance framework. And taking the regional economic development program of new mall projects as an example,constructs the governance framework of regional economic development program based on decision effectiveness,in order to provide some references for the governance of similar projects and programs.%探讨项目治理与项目集治理之间的联系与区别.然后从决策有效性的视角,建立新建大型商场项目治理框架,并以新建商场项目的地区经济发展项目集为例,构建基于决策有效性的地区经济发展项目集治理框架,为类似项目或项目集的治理提供一些参考.
